mr. smith goes to washington. (somebody needs to break the record for the longest filibuster. lieberman? i don't want this man holding records of any kind. if possible, let's erase him from history/memory.) the movie is fantastic by the way. i love clarissa, the cynical secretary.
the new thick of it has: the west wing/josh lyman references. (it's meta-heaven.) malcolm in a toilet. (in a tuxedo.) plenty of twitter talk. (almost everybody says either tweet or twitter and everybody except nicola knows what twitter is. even terri. even malcolm.)
